On the 7^th of September 2024, Grade XII Putri 3 succeeded in holding a Cooking Class. Mr Rusfian Effendi S.M.,S.A.g.,M.M, as an English teacher, said that a cooking class in an English lesson is an activity designed to teach English language skills through the process of cooking. The students not only learn how to cook food but they also understand and afford to explain cooking steps.  Furthermore, some benefits of cooking class are students learn specific vocabulary related to food, cooking, and serving, learn phrases and sentences that describe the stages of preparing, cooking, and serving food, improve their communication skills, engage in conversations about cooking, discuss ingredients, cooking methods, and the preparation of dishes, participate in hands-on activities, make the learning experience more engaging and memorable, introduce students to different cuisines and cultural traditions, enrich their understanding of various cultures and culinary practices. In conclusion, we can improve our English skills through fun or daily activities. Practice makes our skills perfect.
